Q: What are the sizes?

A: Heavy Hauler (used for heavy loads concrete, dirt, rock, etc) 7x12x2 (6 yard volume)

Bulk Loader (used for demos, tree branches, clean outs) 7x14x4 (15 yard volume)

Q: What’s included in the flat-rate haul-off?
A: Delivery, pickup, a 2-day trailer rental, and up to 3,000 lbs of debris. Zones are $475 / $525 / $570 — all-in with tax and fees. Example: Zone 1 is $475 total ($438.79 base + $36.20 tax). Click here for more info.

Q: What if I go overweight or need extra time on my Haul-Off?
A: It’s $50 per extra day and $0.06 per extra pound.

Q: Do I have to be home for delivery?
A: Nope. With self-service, you can pick up anytime with a code. For haul-offs, we handle drop and pickup without you there.

Q: What do I need to rent a trailer?
A: A valid license, a working 7-blade connector, and a 2-5/16” ball hitch rated 14,000 lbs or more. (We’ve got adjustable hitches for $15/day if you need one.)

Q: What if the trailer doesn’t dump?
A: If it’s the first dump since pickup, that’s on us. We’ll bring you a replacement trailer and give you an extra day — free.

Q: How fast can you drop one off?
A: Same-day service is available. Book this morning, pile gone tonight. Book in the evening, pile gone first thing tomorrow.
